Mario Kart is an extremely fun game for kids of all ages. Great for parties
What's great about it: Family Friendly
What's not so great: Tough to see on screens <40"

Best Mario Kart Yet!

The mario kart we all know and love with some new additions. There are more jumps and you can perform tricks when going off a jump. I think the best part about this game is that they incorporate levels from previous games, including the SNES version!
This game is a lot of fun, especially if you have a large group of people playing. Online play is also great, but if you play with a friend online, only one player can actually be rated based on their win/loss.
If you liked any of the previous versions of mario kart on other systems, then this is a must buy.
What's great about it: Easy to get into, great for groups, online play
What's not so great: hard to play without wii wheel
I would recommend this to a friend!

One of the best Wii Games

I love mario kart Wii. And using the wheel I am so much better than I ever was on any of the previous versions. Although I'm told if you're used to racing games with a normal controller the wheel can be a hard adjustment, but for only an occasional game player like myself it is great to use. Its so nice to be able to met up with friends and play online or just play with random people worldwide.
What's great about it: can't beat 4 player racing against friends, or racing worldwide online
What's not so great: for not a pro gamer the bikes are kind of hard to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun for EVERYONE!

I bought this for my 5 year old. He has a blast playing it. It didn't take him long to figure out the controls, the courses are easy enough for him, but yet challenging for adults too. I have to admit - I have waited til my son is in bed, then I stay up and play!! Very fun. A must have.
What's great about it: Fun for even the little ones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Good Game. Do Not waste the extra money for steering wheels, you dont need them.
What's great about it: Very kid friendly, fun for the whole family
What's not so great: Very Solid, nothing really to complain about

I love Mario Kart. It has always been my fav game. The Wii version is no different. Its slightly difficult to navigate the menu but its still a great game and alot of fun!
What's great about it: classic mario kart with a new twist
What's not so great: the wheel is not really needed
I would recommend this to a friend!

We decided to buy this pack after trying it in the store. What an awesome game! Our 3-year old loves this game. It is extremely user-friendly (I'm not a big gamer, and I'm able to figure it out, play it, and enjoy it). There isn't any violence or extremely scary images for our son, and it something we can enjoy as a family when it's rainy and cold outside. Many of the reviewers are correct...you don't need the wheel to play the game, but we think it makes it more fun, and the wheels really aren't that expensive compared to alot of the other gaming equipment out there. One of my favorite things is that it takes me and my husband back to our days of playing the original Super Mario Brothers on Nintendo.
What's great about it: Very user-friendly, fun for our entire family, kid-friendly (no violence)
What's not so great: You get addicted really easily!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love this game. This game is FUN! Our family of 4 plays it everyday together. I even play it and I'm not that into video games!
What's great about it: Best entertainment value for the family.
