A very poor movie

This movie was just plain bad. I feel asleep two or three times trying to finish the movie and had to start over. There were a scene or two that had great image quality, but over all it looked rather bland. I would say that John Cusack let his thoughts on the Iraq war fly with the making of this film and it certainly blinded him to the fact that he was writing, producing, and acting in a very bad film. I would avoid this one.
What's great about it: A few stunning shots and good audio
What's not so great: a horribly stupid movie and no special features
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The movie was excellent. John and Joan Cusack, Marissa Tomei, Hillary Duff, DAN AKYROID!!! It's fun and bold. If you're looking for a serious drama, then this might not be up your alley, but if you enjoy comedies, and you're a bit of a conspiracy theorist, this is just the ticket. Boo to the one star reviewer that doesn't appreciate the movie for what it is, entertainment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good reunion of gross point blank cast

Good movie, but not John Cusack's best. I liked it better the second time around.
What's great about it: Both Cusacks and Dan Aykroyd in similar roles to GPB
What's not so great: Plot isn't quite as good as GPB, but still entertaining.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What can I say? Grosse Point Blank is one of Cusack's funniest movies. I thought a reprise of the Martin Blank character would be a great movie. I was wrong. There's very few scenes that make this movie worth watching, which is surprising, given the cast.
What's great about it: Very little
What's not so great: Poor sequel to Grosse Point Blank. Not a lot going for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
