this game has lived up to the hype so far.. such a massive game is so impressive words really do not give justice... this is a must buy. the graphics are beautiful, the gameplay is fun.. good pace.. some may be turned off by the complicated start of the game.. its not linear and some may not be willing to invest the time it can take to get going.. there are hints of oblivion but these are merely subtle and it does not feel at all like its predecessor.. there is sooo much dialogue.. you can tell some work went into this masterpiece! choose your own path! the weapons are sweet, a new targeting system allows you to pick where you want to inflict damage.. that part doesnt get old.. pick up the strategy guide to get started out strong
What's great about it: graphics, gameplay, story, weapons
What's not so great: may be overwhelming to casual gaming crowd, 1 player

Storyline starts off great, voice acting is decent. Game flows well, though predictable but not in a bad way. Quests are fairly straight forward and not to difficult to figure out, but completing them is a worthwhile challenge. This is not just "Oblivion with guns." VATS is fun to use but you can play the game completely as a shooter. Worth adding to the collection and even upgrading to HD.
What's great about it: Great attention to detail, awesome graphics, weapons are well done
What's not so great: Landscape is somewhat simple

When I first heard about Fallout 3 my jaw dropped because it looked so good. Now that it has finally arrived the question is, "Is it worth 60 dollars?" The simple answere is yes. The amazing graphics, the games attention to detail, and the game length. (Up to 100 hours of breath-taking content.) The gameplay is off the charts since buying it a week ago it has been the only game in my xbox and I am still learning more and more about the game. As a final statement I would reccomend to everyone that you should buy this game and play it and enjoy it.
What's great about it: Gameplay and game length
What's not so great: Nothing

Fallout 3 is simply awesome. You have an open world futuristic wasteland to explore, tons of cool weapons, and an excellent combat system. Using the VATS targeting system never gets old. Yes, Fallout 3 is similar to Oblivion, but thats a plus in my book. Fallout 3 is also different in many ways. It is it's own game.
What's great about it: Lot's of stuff to do. Great gameplay.
What's not so great: Nothing.

This is an excellent game overall. The amount of content is simply incredible. You will literally get 100 hours of game play out of this game, probably a little more. The weapons in conjunction with the VATS system are excellent as well.
The AI is fantastic and the ability to saveanywhere in the game is what every game should do.
The graphics are phenominal on the PC and 360 not so good on the PS3. Plus the PC and 360 versions will get downloadable content, the PS3 will not.
If you like RPG's, then thi game is a must!
What's great about it: Content, graphics, replay ability, dialogue, etc...

Ever wonder what it would be like to live in an under ground shelter to survive a nuclear blast? Well the Fallout series has shaded some light and with their latest installment the folks over at Bethesda have out done themselves. The controls for the game are pretty basic and easy to learn. Plus they have integrated a way to either play either in first or third person which is very impressive. One thing I LOVE is the aiming system they have developed.
What's great about it: Graphics, gmaeplay

If you enjoyed Oblivion then you will completely fall in love with this game. The new V.A.T.S. system is freakin great. It is a truly stand-out western RPG that has hours of Gameplay, excellent story, and even the side-quests are really good. The karma system is really cool and the decisions you make actually have weight.
What's great about it: Hours of Gameplay, improves on the Elder Scrolls
What's not so great: Load Screens?
