I believe the real complaint is battery life.

With all the different cool things this phone can do. Like most android phones. The battery life is horrible. This one is much worse then those I've used. I start our at 100 percent charge in the morning after not using it for a long time and letting it charge sufficiently. And as soon as I start working with calendar for the days events, playing games while sitting in a waiting room for an appointment. Just an hour or so later it's already at 67percent!? I have used ALL the battery saving ideas too. Other than that it's a good phone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The phone will not fullfill your two year contract. The phone worked well in the beginning, but after a little bit it started operating slower, randomly closing applications, and then the screen decided to die. I had the phone for roughly a year and a half, but for the last 6 months it started to fizzle out.
I hate to say this but my previous Iphone lasted a lot longer before I needed to upgrade (I had it for 2 years plus). I didn't even reach my free upgrade.

Pros: Durable, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, sd card, removable battery
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, firmware issues, headphone jack randomly quit, randomyl closes apps while in use, occasionally wil not recognize sim card

Problems with overheating

This phone is an insurance replacement for my original S4. Unfortunately it appears it may have the same problem my original phone exhibited of overheating. I had the original for almost 2 years and this summer it began overheating when charging. I eventually took it to my retailer who suggested I utilize my insurance and have it replaced. I did so and this phone is showing signs of doing the same. It also has days when I will unplug it from the charger with 100% charge and within 5 hours or less (not having used it) it is signaling me that I need to charge it. This happened 3 times within a 24 hour period. My retailer had advised me that due to a lack of inventory of S4's they may replace it with the S5. However, my insurance sent the S4 and I'm very disappointed with the performance of this one. The one redeeming thing, it's now under a 1 year warranty, so I can always send it back. Just hate the hassle.

Cons: Poor quality

best cell phone I ever had!

the size, and capacity as well as the dynamite camera made this phone almost perfect. ease of replacing the camera and sd card were convenient. it is a shame they stopped making it or couldn't make it 5 g compatible. the new ones are too big, and pretty sloppy to use. sometimes, if it ain't broke, you shouldn't try to fix it! had to :upgrade to an a32-5g, and am having issues in it's first two weeks of service. may be the provider's problem, though. i miss my s4, though, terribly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
