Without dropping it or getting it wet the screen began to go out after 5 months. On top of this it has constant performance issues, for example with no background apps running and no "third party apps" installed the phone gets very hot from very basic use (ie Texting, streaming videos) Some of the features are alright, I like S-health its just too bad you need to buy extra things to fully utilize it. I also have a lot of issues with this phone when sending texts and receiving them, often times with perfect network signal and while connected to a strong Wi-Fi signal the phone wont receive texts until days later. This phone also has very poor reception, the calls break up without regard to where I am, this had not been the case with other phones on the same network so I am certain it is unique to this phone. The battery life is very poor, make certain to charge it whenever not in use as a single call will often take 20 percent of your battery life, and anytime the screen is working the battery drains twice as fast. This phone was also expensive much to expensive to function in the manner it does.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, poor reception, not durable, expensive, poor battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good phone overall. There is no need to sell you on all the bells and whistles (gimmicks), so I wont. Im really thinking about returning the phone because of:
1. Lack of memory
2. No built in fm radio
3. No auto correct in keyboard
4. Speaker placement
5. Unable to display lyrics in stock music app

Memory I only use my phone to download apps. I have never been big on downloading music or keeping a lot of pics. I hate that I have to choose what apps are more important because in the US the 16gb is our only option and out the box your only given 9gb. So buying a sd card does not work for me because you cannot install apps on the sd card.
I live where there is only 3g for sprint, it can be difficult to run an exercise app and a fm radio streaming depending on the strength of my signal. I have unlimited data but what about those that don't. Think about it do you really want to spend money to listen to your favorite free radio show. What about during an emergency when there is no Internet service, how will u know whats going on around you.
I love that the keyboard can predict what I'm going to type next but auto correct would be a great option because I am horrible typing in portrait view.
The speakers are nice but other phones have speakers on the bottom and front of the phones. The speakers need to project. I don't want to place my phone facedown to get the best sound quality when listening to music and working.
I like to know the lyrics to songs so that I can completely understand it. I don't want to have to install an app for everything I want my phone to do.
Why do we still have to download flashlight apps?? It is something we all we need eventually whether we know it or not.

Another Very Great Product That Nicely Built And Has A Lot Of Good Features.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, worth the money

After the last update my Wi-Fi and blue tooth died not turn on no matter what I do, I've tried everything and nothing. I called tech support and they said they'd give me a new one since its still under warranty but my screen is cracked and voids the warranty even tho this problem has nothing to do with the screen since I broke it when I first got it (my galaxy s2 was way sturdier) and this problem barely surfaced over a month ago. And on top of all that they still haven't found A solution to this problem so even if I do get a new one I would eventually run into the same problem. T-Mobile said this is the only phone they have this problem with. Extremely disappointed. Think I'm just going to get an iPhone

Had this phone for about 2 weeks now.The GS4 has android 4.2.2. which is a upgrade from my other phone which only had 4.1.0 of android.The GS4 also has a quad processor unlike my RAZER MAXX which is only a dual core processor. Much faster with apps.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight

I really can't say anything bad about this phone! Could there be improvements made? Of course...I for one woud like WatchOn fleshed out more and have codes (better codes) for the PS3 and other consoles...
