I have been using Samsung phones for years now and this model is by far the best I have ever had, very powerful, extremely great camera for a phone, super light weight and easy to tote around, and far more stylish then any of the Iphones.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I have this phone connected to my work email and calendar via Good. it works great as my one device for both work and personal use. On the camera, it's one of the best quality I've seen and can be easily shared with other apps. Most importantly, my phone has already survived a drop test without a scratch. This is a great product!

Blows every other phone on the market today out of the water. Features are incredible, no crashes like the other popular phone platform, and does not required software on a computer to load music like the competitor of new Android phone does. Samsung phones are the best phones out on the market today. Camera quality and features are exceptional. Only flaw is Samsung did not put a power cut off switch to stop excessive charging and in turn will reduce the life of the battery. Seems to be intentional so they can expect another battery purchase every few years

Perhaps the worst phone ever

The S4 is probably the worst phone I've ever owned. Slow as molasses, use the phone and have to reset to get other functions to work. Memory fills up super fast and battery loses charge quickly, too quickly. Sometimes the phone will be baking in my pocket for no reason. Yes, I'm now very good at disabling apps, thank you.

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

There has been sooo many problems with this phone that it just ridiculous and it is not just my phone. We have a family program and four of us each chose the Galaxy 4 and every single phone has had too many problems that leads to the conclusion that I did not receive the only defective phone but there are many more like them.
Anybody reading this take my advice and chose something else, anything else will be better than this phone.

All of my gadgets (tablets and phones) are always samsung. I love this phone best of all. love the amount of internal memory and so many features A+++

This is a great phone. After I got a newer phone and it broke I still go back to this one because I have never had a problem with it and when I decided to upgrade again I will still keep this one just in case. Very great phone
