Great features and simple to operate for 'newcomer'

As a 1st time owner/operator of a smart phone, I had misgivings about the changeover from a dummy's simple flip phone, especially learning the operation of it. However, I experienced no problems; the sales rep set it up on the 'simple' mode and I am having no problem getting
the hang of it. I would certainly recommend this phone.
It was very inexpensive due to contract initiation/increase.

I have had lots of cell phones over the years this is the best. the phone is very dependable and has ben a good companion that makes staying in touch with others very easy.

Personally, I think that the Samsung Galaxy S4 is a great phone. It has some great features, a pretty awesome camera and it runs really well. Plus it supports some decent SD cards which allows for even more memory. All in all, a great phone.

Love my Samsung S4

It has all I need for my everyday life and with work. It's very easy to use. My kids can even use it. Screen is big but not too big though. Sounds is good. Picture quality could be better, but over all I am satisfied with my phone. When my phone eventually dies (I had this phone for nearly over 4 yrs) I will definitely be upgrading to another Samsung.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: pic could be better especially for zooming in

Great design features

This is by far the best phone I've ever had. It's held up after many tumbles and fumbles. It's very user friendly and can still do a lot with this late model. I'm very pleased and anticipate upgrading to an even better model.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, speaker can be improved
