The S4 is easy to install sim card. The backup cover is a thin plastic cover. It is easy to open. The phone is hard to operator the app. You need to know or go thru the manual in order to know how to delete a unwanted app.
Pros: Realistic color, Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great phone and easy to use...great display. And good sound. Also love my smart TV too
Compared to the new S6 which I wish I hadn't upgraded to. Now there are way more touchpoints (more work, time spent for tasks) instead of less, for simple entries such as calendar, email management, and even alarms. One app now erases broadly instead of writing (yes, I updated speed in settings). The camera on the S4 was perfectly beautiful and already made great photobooks upon trip returns. Swapping batteries: it was easy to carry a lightweight spare, but now I have a heavier piece, that while speedy to use, is not as portable as the S4 back up battery. So while the upgrade sounded like a good idea, I've been greatly disappointed and miss my S4.
Pros: Durable, worked great clear photos easy battery swap
Cons: keep it skip the s6. maybe the s7 will be better
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems with ending calls
on February 27, 2016
Posted by: motogirl
When ending a call, the screen often has changed to a different page during the course of the call, making it difficult to find the original call screen so that I can hang up. When I first got it, I couldn't find a way to end the call and had to remove the battery to end the call. Some of the so-called smart features are awful. If it could just work like a normal phone, simply and reliably without having to tweak the settings, that would be great.
The email app, Knox app, and Comcast all don't work either, even with the correct login and setup information.
