Fantastic Phone

This phone is more than what i expected. It has a great camera and great options for it too. Also has a smooth transition to and from each screen. Multiple features such as air view, air gesture, smart stay, and smart scroll. The screen is bright and vibrant. The only think I don't like is that there are some doubles of apps that are preloaded.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, great display, excellent processor
I would recommend this to a friend!

OMG!, I love this device, i went from the Epic 4g from two years ago to the S4 this year and i absolutely love it. I love to spend money and I have to say that this is my best investment yet. I do everything on here. The screen is big the camera is super clear and the sound is awesome.
It is very sleek and easy to hold, it is very light and easy to carry everywhere.
It is also very easy to use.
Can't wait the the 5th one comes out.
I can also use google maps without getting lost!
The only problem i have is if you don't be careful it overheats really quick.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: overheats
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great switch to S4, I do not regret

At first I thought the camera was the only appealing function to this phone. I've come to learn that I have had this phone for a little over a month and still have not tapped into every function that it has. I like the true multitasking windows, the hands free pickup, and the screen is stellar. Like any phone clear the RAM and restart now and again. I have had zero lock ups and no APP freezes. Better battery life and great pictures with lots of options. Can't go wrong with this phone. My only DISLIKES are the fragility of the plastic border around the phone; literally chips or bends with the slightest bump, and the tiny speaker on the BACK of the phone isn't conducive for music playback.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, fast, dependable
Cons: plastic border is fragile
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've waited so long for this phone!

A little back story: I was going to get the S3, but then I heard that there was going to be an announcement for the S4 first quarter of 2013. After being disappointed that my upgrade wasn't till July (Thought it was May) I've been using my trusty Galaxy S2. Months later, I traded in my S2 and got me the white S4, four days ago, and I'm very happy with it!
Design: I love the design way more than the S3 because the back is less rounded, as well as the edges of the phone. But I was disappointed in how similar it looked to the 3. It feels nice in the hand; really thin! To me, the phone also feels durable and It's way more sleek. It's hard for me to text with one hand, since I have small hands, but there was no other phone that stuck out to me as much as this one!
Display: Not much to say other than it being absolutely stunning. At max brightness everything looks bright and crisp! I'll describe the color a little more down below in the camera paragraph!
Camera: Simply one of the best cameras I've seen. I had so much fun with the drama shot, even though my drama shot "model" had a hard time listening to my directions! The model was a family friend's daughter and I asked her to help me with something outside. So we played around with it for 15-20 minutes and finally got two good shots! (Though the camera crashed, I believe. Every time I'd open the camera it would just be a black screen with all the camera options, sometimes it would say camera error. Just restarted my phone and hasn't happened since)
I brought the finish photo in and showed our parents and they were amazed and asked how they could do it on their phones! Best shot was also amazing, we got some really good non-blurry, great quality pictures of her jumping on the trampoline in mid air. All the pictures were crisp. Greens looked amazing, photos were clear, and there's even an option to be able to take a picture with the volume rocker! Which was a feature I've wanted for a long time for my S2!
I sent some of the pictures to my computer, which has an HD 1080p display, and they looked saturated compared to the S4 high ppi. Unfortunately I don't know the ppi of my computer screen!
I don't know if it's suppose to do this but when I recorded, around 7pm, when the sun was still up and shining, the screen recording got really dark and I could barely see the deer I was recording! Even was dark while playing back the video. I noticed the camera would do it too, when taking a picture of trees on a mountain, the photo would get a lot darker. (Both pictures uploaded with the review are from the s4 and look twice as good on the display of the phone!)
OTHER: The one other feature I like is the WatchOn, TV remote feature. After failing to do it correctly the first time, I set it up with DirectTV and my Samsung TV. I got it to be fully functional and it's an amazing feature I'll be using often! I often misplace the remote! You don't have to be too close to the TV, but I found that it won't work with the living room TV from the couch and it's about 15 feet away from one another.
The phone is fast and loads in everything without delay!
The one thing I don't enjoy, is that Google Play Music updates automatically, and once it updates the app is always on and using up ram. I can't get it to stop automatically updating, so I completely disabled the app after having to uninstall the update 5 times. Which isn't the phone, but the app so I'll have to figure something out!
Too long, didn't read;
S4 is amazing. Camera is fantastic with brilliant features. Screen has amazing resolution. Design is better then the S3. The remote feature is awesome to have. Overall amazing phone and I'd say it's the best on the market.
I always compare specs to many phones, as well as features, and all other little bits of info and in my opinion, GS4 wins!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, camera, features, universal remote
Cons: too much bloatware
I would recommend this to a friend!

My 3rd Galaxy
on May 13, 2013

I've owned the galaxy s continuum, the s3, and after changing carriers I swiped up the s4! It's plain to see it has better clarity than the III and better functionality. Doesn't have the cheap feel like the III, it's sleek and designed well.
love the dual processor and that I can multitask and work two apps at a time.
It has a wide range of features which makes it much more user friendly and personalized.
love that it also comes available with the flip case which has a variety of colors...
Would like if it could be more personalized like coloring the fonts, etc. But i guess that's what apps are for! and I'm just being a girl!
otherwise BEST GALAXY YET!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

iOS to HTC to Samsung

I came from the One from which I came from the Iphone 4S/5. Overall very good experience with Android thus far compared to several years ago. I've got 5 years experience as a tech.
My experience with the S4 has been pretty darn decent so far and installing a 64GB SD card in conjunction with the Adreno 320 GPU (450 mhz) and Snapdragon 600 processor (1.9 ghz) has pretty much made it a mobile storage and power house. Wish the memory was clocked higher, but then again I think enough heat has been produced by the CPU and GPU combination.
Even the heavily bloatware infested touchwiz is no match for the hardware, and the experience is smooth and fast.
The gaming aspect is pretty good, however wish the speaker was better (take notes from the One). Other than that it does run smoother and faster than the HTC One with various newer and high def games. Also the AMOLED's high "refresh" rate makes gaming on the Samsung S4 that much more enjoyable.
Browsing is a simple straightforward experience. it is fast, and despite many features I wouldn't utilize gestures or air view in everyday use.
Camera software could use more polishing, and honestly a clearer settings menu for quicker access. If you are willing to mess with the settings however the pictures taken are second to only a 41MP brick of a phone from Nokia.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, thin, powerful, good storage option (64gb is awesome), applications to sd card enabled with latest update, camera is beautifully scenic
Cons: camera lens is very easy to scratch, more bloatware than multiple phones combined, saturated screen. i prefer true to life colors

Best Galaxy Yet!

Samsung have out done themselves with the S4! The features are great, and the camera is high quality. I am still disappointed with the plastic build, although it does make the body quite light weight. The gorilla glass does not scratch at all easily. Overall very impressed!
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, high mega camera
Cons: plastic build :(
I would recommend this to a friend!

Converted from iPhone 5 to Galaxy S4!

I have been an iPhone user for many years, and when I had the iPhone 5 I liked it. When I got to play with the Galaxy S4 I was more than impressed! The phone is more customizable, fluid, and "the most advanced phone and OS" on the market! I have let friends of mine who own iPhone 5's play with my Galaxy S4 and 3 our of the 4 have already switched to Galaxy S4, while the 4th is going to switch to the S4 next month when he hits his upgrade. This Galaxy S4 is totally worth the upgrade and even my friends who own the Galaxy S3 are switching to the S4! Oh and you can add extra storage up to 64Gb (MicroSD).
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, big display, air gestures, expandable storage, amazing camera, tons of camera features, epic win phone
I would recommend this to a friend!
