Hi, recently I got a Samsung Galaxy S4 from Sprint and I have to say that it is a great phone. For now I found an issue with the Samsung Galaxy S4. Yesterday I recorded a video around 26 minutes. When I watch that video I got the video and the audio out of synchronization. Please Samsung verify and fix it
Cons: expensive, audio and video out of synchronization
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love it - apart from the camera, which applies a sharpening filter to everything

I love the galaxy. I switched from the iphone 4. It's a perfect size. I love that one can exchange the battery with a spare one, if it runs out of battery. the headphones are also great and comfortable. I also like the interface a lot. I would be perfectly happy if there was not that one downside: One of the features of a smart phone I use the most, is the camera. So the camera is pretty important for me. Galaxy S4's camera is excellent - especially in difficult light modes. BUT it applies a sharpening/weird filter to every image one takes. The result are waxy kind of faces with ultra sharp edges. For example, I was shocked about the wrinkles one can see in a portrait which in real life aren't that dominant. There is no option to switch that filter off. So even the camera works in difficult light modes much better than the i phone ones, the images of the iphone are still prettier.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: sharpening filter in camera

The Good and the Bad with the Galaxy S4

After three days with the phone, I am disappointed with two major factors in my purchase. I loved the 16GB and having only 9GB available to me is very disappointing. As a Linux user, I understand that some space is dedicated to OS files. Having approximately 1/2 of the hd space to OS and advertiser programs is really Unacceptable! You should mention this on the BOX or in your ads. (Galaxy III has approximately 12GB of 16 for user).
The other extremely poor experience is with Wi-Fi. Not being able to control WHEN/IF it connects may be a deal breaker on this phone for me. Earlier this month, I purchased 2 Galaxy III phones for my kids and they are able to access the Optimizer and turn off auto connect. I was just told on chat that the ONLY way to get to Optimizer on the S4 is do to a factory reset and decline then. Not sure I want to go this route as I have been customizing the last 4 days! These are two serious issues for me with the phone. I LOVE Samsung products and my home has many. We have PC monitors/hard drives because Samsung is quality and lasts in my home. This is why we chose to change from our current phones (not Samsung). Really need a way to install to SD instead of having to go to my files and move. With only 9GB, need to be able to install/move most of my downloads to my 32GB SD. (YES, storage is an issue for me :0)--NO, don't want phones without SD.
The Good: I Love that I have been able to move some things to my 32GB SD (go to my files and click Move to SD). Hopefully, will be able to move more and move what I choose without problems using from SD. I LOVE the S-Beam and will use it extensively. I love the lightness of the phone and the feel in my hand. Love the SD option (a must for us). Love the white color. Absolutely LOVE the battery life (200% better than previous phones and a BIG deal in our home--4 phones).
Value for the phones is average for a new phone. (We purchased ours at a Club and did get a better deal than through our carrier directly; so, that is a bonus.
This phone would be a 5-Star rating except for the Hard Drive space (8-9 of 16GB) and the Wi-FI (I pay for 4G and would like to use 4G)!
Overall, the phone IS an improvement over my 2 year-old Android phone with only 500MB internal space. Counted on getting close to the 16GB internal storage (12GB would have been acceptable). Still in our first 30 days with our Galaxy phones (Galaxy III and Galaxy 4); so, deciding if I will Love my Galaxy S4 or not! My kids do Love their Galaxy S-III.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, 9 gb of 16gb available to user, only way to stop auto wi-fi is at activation
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had the phone for a week now. Enjoying its features. But I still can't get hand gestures working. And the smart scroll feature with the eye staring back at me is a little annoying. No matter though, I turn features on and off as I need them. All in all, the best cell phone I've had.
i just received my gs4 yesterday and after using for a whole day, hands down it is the best phone i have had since the s3. i love the air and motion gesture. my friends jaw drops when they see the things the phone can do.
I bought this phone in June of 2013 through Sprint, within two days they had to replace the phone because it could not attach to the network. I was given a new phone and this one attaches to the network but can't get a signal anywhere. I get about 1 1/2 to 2 hours before the battery is completely drained from trying to get a signal. Sprint says there is nothing they can do. When I charge my phone (which is often) it will randomly shut itself off while charging. Unfortunately you don't know when it will turn off or stay on so you constantly have to check on the phone to get it to charge. When you can get a signal and try to view something on the internet it can't hold the page it jumps back to whatever the phone has bookmarked. This phone has a lot of problems and they can't seem to fix them. I suggest you buy a different phone and don't waste your money like I did. This phone is VERY DISAPPOINTING!
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, can't keep a signal, drains battery within a couple of hours, back is a plastic piece, shuts off while charging
