Love the samsung galaxy phones, use a samsung tablet so it is great to have both synced up and easy to find things on either one. My most favorite feature is the swype texting one. So much easier than regular texting.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

I will admit that initially I was intimidated by all of the features but I quickly not only adapted but mastered this phone. There are still things I learn & always new updates & apps available. I love my phone!

I've really enjoyed owning my Galaxy S4. It is my daily driver, and also serves as my only camera. Overall, the device is excellent; the feature set that is available on the GS4 gives it a fantastic balance between productivity and entertainment. My only real complaints with the device are with battery life, which has significantly dropped after updates, and with the placement of the speaker. The speaker really ought to be placed on the edges or front of the device, allowing for access of the screen without muffling the sound from the speaker, while providing access to all of the hand-gesture commands that made this device so innovative. My next device will most definitely be another Galaxy- I'm picking up the Note 4 on release day, and very excited about the new features and camera improvements offered there. Keep up the nice work, Samsung!

A great product tarnished by an unstable OS

I enjoyed my S4 immensely in the first year of ownership. When KitKat rolled out, I became one of a small percentage of users whose device became unreliable. I will be honest, it's not Samsung's fault. The same issues that plagued my phone were reported with competing brands. But it got to the point where I had to upgrade a phone that otherwise looked pristine and had always been a performer.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, latest technology
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
