I absolutely love my phone. I've never needed extra storage, or had any apps lag. The camera is amazing! I love to take pictures with it. I've dropped my phone several times, and never had any problems more than a scuff mark.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got the 5 soon after I had purchased the galaxy 4 and all I can say is that it blows away the Iphone and any other phone on the market. trasfering files is so easy and knowing you can do it anywhere is even greater. The other phones you can back up and thats that.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

I went to purchase my device before the new s5 was to become available, and I decided that this phone was at a high technological plateau that it would provide more than adequate capability well into it's life. I was right.
Eventually I worked for a wireless provider and was effective in selling Samsung products across the board, but still was able to sell the s4 to others coming into the smartphone market as it's still way ahead of even the current competitors named after fruit.

What turns me off about this phone is the apps that are forced on you. Samsung forces you to download certain apps that have nothing to do with the phones performance. They simply take up space. I've uninstalled the apps several times. the bothersome part is that the actually reinstall themselves.
Not cool Samsung. Not cool at all... Looking st the iPhone 6 Plus now. I don't like idea of being forced to do something.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: forced apps, unwanted apps reinstall themselves

Love my phone

I love my phone. It helps me keep track of school, work and family events, etc while on the go. I can also relax with playing games and taking pics. Pics are clear. I am still learning new stuff about this phone.

I upgraded to the S4 about a year and half ago from the S3. When i upgraded, I did enjoy the phone and the new features but felt the S3 was a smoother phone when it came to performance.
Then we received a few updates and that has dramatically improved performance overall. I am a fan of the Samsung products and like what the company has to offer. I am not a fan of too much software that hinders usability of the phone. But overall I am very pleased with the phone, love the display and size of the device, love the removable battery and expandable storage and the size of the phone.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
