This is the best phone there could be. It works great. People complain about the battery heating up, and it is true, but what electronic device doesn't do that. I am anxious what will they come up next, since this phone, as well as the S5 have it all. I do not have any cover on it, and I have no damage to the screen. It is a great device.

Loved the S3, so I had to up-grade to S4..love it even more.. Got a great trade in deal and the phone works wonderfully..

I've had this for a while and wouldn't change to an iPhone or any other make. It's a great phone with tons of features. Easy to use and is a life line.

I have had this phone for a year now, upgraded from Samsung Galaxy S Epic 4G (SPH-D700). Battery last way longer, fast accessing apps, and super clarity on phone calls.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, great reception and clarity, amazing screen, reliable

What a disappointment!!

Created this account just to complain about this phone. That's how frustrated I am, because usually I just quietly decide, "well, won't purchase from them again." However, I'm a huge fan of Android, and this phone has just disappointed me so bad.
So much bloatware and I have no permissions to remove any of it.
Touch Wiz is just horrible. I would love an option to use vanilla Android.
That's really enough, isn't it. Those are just huge! Makes me hate this phone more and more each day.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
