Phone does everything I want it to. Two year's later and I'm still finding new stuff on here. It's does get a little hot behind some apps. Overall great phone, great products. Two more non Samsung users left in this house. Working on them as we speak.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def

This product is great because it charges fast, it doesn't get as damaged as others if dropped and has a lot of features that I find cool and fun.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations

I don't find it very intuitive

Granted, I'm not the most tech saavy person around. I finally decided to move from a flip phone to a smart phone. My husband bought me a Galaxy S4. On the plus side - this phone can take a picture - something the flip phone can't do. What the S4 doesn't do as well as my flip phone is make and receive a phone calls. Sometimes, I dial a number and press the green phone icon. The screen goes black, and I don't hear the call going through. Sometimes a dialog box opens telling me that I don't have a data plan and do I want to use the premium service. Sorry, but premium means expensive in my book, so I bail on calls where that pops up. Hurray - I was able to call a pizza place, but using the speaker on my phone meant that my call was so broken up, the guy could barely take my order. Repeated the order seven times. How frustrating for me and the pizza guy.
Is this because the first time I tried to use the phone I dropped it? It feels awkward holding the S4 while trying to push the buttons. Since then I bought a rubber-like case for the phone. I also bought a screen protector, hoping to keep the crack from spreading. I'm trying to like the phone, but it's not easy.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: doesn't always work, no user manual
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is a feature rich phone that tackles every day tasks from the office to the house. The speed and reliability are a great plus, you can run just about any application on the the app store from Microsoft Office to games such as Final Fantasy without any loss of data or performance issues. Your data is always secure with Samsung's knox security system, it allows you to keep your general use easily accessible and your private data hidden behind a wall. For the price and the features packed into this small and lite weight device you just can't beat it.

Love this phone would purchase 10 of them. When ever I had a question they had easy explanation for me to understand and figure out operators very polite,etc a overall great companty

I really enjoy my Samsung. Their products never disappoint me. My phone has all the features I need and ease of use.

I am not a techno-geek so latest and greatest is not important to me however, we are on our 2nd round with Samsung and the phones we have had perform to acceptable levels especially since they are 2-3 generations old when we get them.
