Very good phone

Had the phone for over a year now it is the best Galaxy phone I have owned. I started out with the original galaxy then the 3 now the 4 . Never had any problems or issues. Will be staying with Samsung.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

I got this for my daughter, and she loves it. Although some features don't always work. The display is really bright as well.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: wont turn sideways

Has been my constant companion since purchase. No doubt about it being the BEST cell phone I have ever owned.

1. As good as it gets for a smart phone
2. High resolution, bright screen, even in direct sunlight, large AMOLED screen
3. Fast boot & operation
4. Thin & light weight, rugged construction, been dropped many times with protective case cover & continues to work fine
5. Lots of battery power, last all day +
6. Many improvements over S3
7. Exceptional for use to make voice calls, send text messages with attachments, review & respond to e-mail with attachments, store documents, photos, videos, & music, take photos & videos
8. Has 32GB SD memory card slot for additional storage
9. Bluetooth & wired jack for listening to music & watching videos
10. It can accomplish everything Samsung claims
11. Keyboard is especially fast, easy & accurate to use with stylus

1. Limitations imposed by Android OS 4.4.2 prevents full communication & transfer capability between files on internal & external memory cards. (e.g. user's documents cannot be attached to text messages & e-mails unless user installs a high quality file manager (e.g. ES3 File Explorer) or equivalent. Primitive file management software (e.g. no copy/paste) imposes inability to view & make changes to text documents on internal & external SD memory cards.
2. Even though Samsung has made improvements in capability to create text documents by including Polaris Office software the process is still slow & cumbersome. For users of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, it is far easier & faster to compose a text document on the computer & transfer from computer to cell phone.
3. Often web pages are not compatible with Android OS , or only limited so. Adobe Flash is not supported by Android OS, so popup videos & illustrations cannot be viewed.
4. Software that installed update to Android 4.4.2 destroyed external memory card & all files contained there on. Suggest user install only Samsung 32GB external memory card, no other brand.

Best Cellphone I've ever owned......

I've owned well over 12 smartphones in my life. The Samsung Galaxy S4 is by far the best out of all of them. Design, ease of use, features, camera quality etc...etc.
I would recommend this phone to anyone above all others.

I have always loved the S series. But the best part of the Verizon s4 is that it is internationally unlocked on purchase as all of the 4G phones offered by Verizon are, apart from that this device has excellent features and cant forget the Lollipop Update!
The large screen looks gorgeous and the 1080p icons adds to it's beauty.

The durability of the cell phone was very very bad

At first the phone functioned as a normal cell phone would work, but after over a year, the phone screen started to have issue which was flickering of the cell phone screen. Sometimes the phone cell phone goes black when the start button was pressed.
Not recommended due to durability of the phone as I think the phone should be durable for over 2 years due to the contract agreement with the wireless carrier.

This S4 is very durable and dependable. It has a very large display with vibrant colors. This phone can do much, much more than for what my regular use is. Nearly every week I find something else that it can do that I didn't know about before. It's an incredible and very attractive phone, and I like how I can add a Micro SD card to expand the memory also.

Cracked on first drop deep Crack and dislike the power button on the side goes off when I hold side ways the back button is sooooo sensitive
