The phone features are easy to use. Always reliable, battery is long lasting, Comes with loads of free apps. You can do so many things on it. It's like having a mini computer, ereader,dvd, camera. Everything right on your finger tips.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

this phone is great camera is very good screen quality is good it's the first phone that I have been totally happy with right out of the box.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color

I am continually learning new things this phone is capable of. Camera is easy to use and provides crystal clear photos. Email is is intuitive and easy to read (soon to be 68 yo). Loaded office functions and it does well for size.

I love the phone and maybe it's because I'm getting old but there are way too many aps.
But the more I use the more I enjoy. What concerns is the amount of usage of aps that contribute to daily usage.
I do love the performance of Samsung products?

Better than iPhone that my kids have!

Ok so we have a house divided, my kids have iPhones, my wife and I have Samsung Galaxy S4's. We love our SG's because the screen is bigger and we use it for emailing, texting, surfing the web, navigation and more. All are much better with the bigger screen. My next phone will probably be the Samsung Galaxy Tablet Phone. My friend has one and I am totally jealous.
Keep it up Samsung!

I love my gs4 I'm not a big fan of the "air" features but i like the NFC,battery life,and size of the phone
