great features, big screen, nice improvements over the s3

Still has some issues. I received this phone as a replacement for the s3 bbecause the 3 has bad reception because of a bad antenna. I cannot tell much difference in reception between the two. It also has another issue, sometimes when I send a text it will not send and says it failed. The only rememedy I have found is to restart the phone. The phone will show that it has signal strengthbut will not send the message or go on the internet. I have called on several occasions but it still does the same thing. It is very annoying to have to restart the phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

When I first bought the phone, I was very overwhelmed. I'm 60 yrs young and it took some time AND LOADS of patience to understand this phone. I have a Galaxy 4. My customers service man, Andy, was even more important to me. Whether in person or on the phone, he helped me to learn this or that. There are so many features and I'm only about a third of the way through learning. I do really want a paper instructions book. That to me is the MOST IMPORTANT PART OF ANY NEW PRODUCT. Not all of us can just look it up and understand it all.
My thoughts. .... Keep instructions books WITH the item. Why have you opted to forgo this? Cheaper? I think not.

Easy to use, great photos

I was in the market for a camera. When I saw the features that this phone had for photos I was very impressed. I found, after I purchased it, all the other apps and features that were available. I have been very impressed with how user-friendly this phone is. The screen size makes it very easy to read e-mails, view pages, and review photos. Also, I had some enlargements made from photos taken with this phone and the 16x20 was crisp and clear. I definitely would recommend this to a friend and have.

I love my Samsung S4 it is an overall amazing product with great features. Every electronic device I own is a Samsung product. I hope even better features and products continue coming. I also love how it is so light weight and is still such a durable phone.

I've had a Galaxy S4 for over six months and think it's a great overall phone. I had a problem a few months in where the phone wouldn't turn on and I needed to get a replacement but I have numerous friends who also own Galaxy S4s and they haven't had any problems even remotely like that. The Galaxy S4 is definitely a solid choice for those looking for a reliable smartphone with good performance.

The Galaxy S4 is the first smart phone that I've owned. I'm very happy with it. It is packed with features and easy to use. I won't hesitate to get another Galaxy when the time comes to replace this one.
