I am on my second Samsung Galaxy IV. The first one lasted six months then completely stopped working. I have had a replacement Galaxy IV for about three months and this one is starting to give me problems. The touch screen is starting to not respond. It acts like it is frozen. I will not recommend this phone to anyone. I was not eligible for an upgrade and the phone was extremely expensive. I will never buy a Samsung product again.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ive had this gs4 for several months and love the phones speed and how its laid out. The only thing I suggest would be to switch places for the volume and
Power buttons. Also a sapphire screen would do wonders. But I love it enough that im thinking of getting the GS5 next. Great job samsung!!

The Galaxy s4 is a great phone. I have had the phone for over a year and has been nice. Has great features though many if them I don't think most people use. Only downside is the battery last about 7 hours on a moderate use.
Pros: Durable
Cons: battery

I am very pleased with basic performance of the phone although some of the features that I wanted when I purchased it (auto-scrolling, answering phone when I put it to my ear, etc.) generally don't work. I also have problem with voice prompts for navigation - hit and miss.

It's a reliable phone with tons of bells and whistles. I would not hesitate to purchase another Samsung phone in the future. I am very happy with this phone. And it looks good.
