Fantastic phone

I used this phone for quite some time and it took everything i could throw at it and asked for more. all I can say is this is a great phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, fast responce, great screen
Cons: really didn't find any flaws
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the GalaxyS4 phone! This was my first venture after my old flip phone and I am hooked. The operating system is so user friendly, and the settings are plentiful and easy to use.I love the graphics and the lightweight style. I never encountered any issues with the phone not working properly or with the speed of the phone.The camera takes beautiful, clear pictures with awesome detail. The camera was a huge reason I purchased the phone. I got my mother hooked on the phone and the tablets! I also own a tablet and just love it!

dislikes:
while using Google maps its overheats
with each update getting more locked (means customization goes down, cant do what ever owner wants to. i would say becoming like an iphone "use only") its one of the nightmare for Samsung. just want to be clear, locking devices is by Verizon request. not a Samsung fault

we should be able to have boot-loader unlocked or at least an option to downgrade the software. there an issue with 5.0 update. it has a power management bug. it will power off the device and wont let u turn it on. easy fix is to pull the battery and hold power button for a 1 min and then put battery back and its ON again :)
my recommendation is after "owners" paid off their devices they should be able to own that device. by getting boot-loader unlocked. that means people will have an option to fully discover capability and customization of the device and be able to appreciate even more Samsung products

I have used galaxy s4 for 3 years. No problem happened in these years. Overall is very good, but power button has some problem from a half year ago.

I have had many cell phones before this one and after, but this phone is by far the best one I've ever owned. If only they made an updated S4. Great product!

I have the galaxy s4 and it's one of the best phones I've used I always crack screens in my line of work as a tile setter but this ones thought durable amazingly fast and gets service every where!! Five out of five stars

S4 was The Best Galaxy ever!

I upgraded to the S7 and I regret it. This was the best Galaxy series. I wish I had known that I would lose several apps would be lost with the upgrade. I miss the cartoon editor feature (had to download one with the S7) & I miss the feature that animated pics I took. Moral of the story: not all upgrades make a product better.

Samsung hit this one out of the park! This phone is so advanced with its split window screen and voice commands. The camera is out of this world and the screen casting feature is the real deal. The slim design allows easy in and out of all my pants pockets. Plus the battery life is unbelievable.
