I've yet to have a single problem with this great phone. It's fast, easy to use, smooth transitions between screens, and a bunch of stuff I'm still learning! Also, the camera is top-notch, with many features to use. The photos and videos are stunning. Call quality is amazing.
The only thing I will say is that you do not have the option to delete the apps that come with the phone. Several of the apps that come with this phone I have no use for, yet they keep updating and I am unable to uninstall them.

Cons: cannot uninstall pre-loaded apps

Wow! I can't put it down! Admittedly it was more difficult to learn than the iPhone but now that I have, I can't leave it alone! The battery is weaker than I would like, but it's the perfect size! The display is beautiful, the design intuitive, and Google Now puts Sri to shame. Coming from a hard core Mac fan, Samsung is heading up the smartphone market with the Galaxy line. If you're thinking of swapping, I have but 2 words for you- DO IT!

Cons: poor battery

The Samsung S4 has a lot of features (like ability to change batteries!!) that make it VERY user friendly. A great smartphone for dummies like me!!

even though there are newer devices out there, such as s5, note 4, note 4 edge, galaxy S4 is still a smart choice with good functionality.
