I Love my Samsung Galaxy S4. I even converted my son from his iPhone that he said he would NEVER give up. Now he doesn't let ANYONE touch his Galaxy S4. Awesome product great features and very simple to use. Anything you can't figure out, l just search it, this phone has Great tutorials! !
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def

I have had many other brands of phones and this is by far my favorite! I will never get another brand again!
Pros: Lightweight, easy to use, reliable, battery life
Cons: needs restarted frequently

I have now had my Samsung Galaxy S4 for more than a year and have been more than pleased with it's features and performance. The Galaxy S4 was way ahead of it's time with it's large screen, speedy processor and excellent camera. I have had virtually no issues in the past 15 months and look for to many more months of use before upgrading the the next generation. The only thing I would change on the phone is the location of the on/off switch and the volume control switch. Both are located on the top/sides of the phone (one of either side) and when you go to use either one you almost always hit the other and interrupting usage of one. Other than that go for it!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, large display, great camera

This is our first Smartphone. When shopping, we compared it with iPhone 5S. We chose the Galaxy because of its larger keyboard and greater customization flexibility.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: the size does not allow for easy clothing storage

Good phone for the most part

I have to say I wanted this phone as soon as I seen it advertised and I've been happy with it minus a couple of things. 1) Poor charger port - the most trouble I've had out of this phone is the port where you connect the charger. I'm actually on my 2nd phone because my first got to the point where it would no longer charge. 2) The phone does not charge well or not at all when you try to use a charger that isn't the default Samsung one. 3) Battery life isn't great but manageable.

Cons: Poor quality, charging issues

Great in every way but has one major flaw

The phone is great in every way but has one major flaw--the phone's USB connection wears out prematurely making it difficult, if not impossible, to charge it and connect it to a PC. It seems this is a common problem with S3's and S4's. My workaround is to purchase an external charger and extra batteries and to use the USB connector as little as possible once the part shows the early signs of eventual failure. It's a shame the phone has this problem because it has been great in every other way.
Cons: usb jack in the phone wears out prematurely
