Great Phone!

I upgraded from The Samsung Galaxy S 3 Pebble Blue to the Samsung Galaxy S 4 Brown Autumn! I love this phone! It's fast and bright and so many features and better all around!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beware pressure cracks!

Great phone to use for as long as it works but the screen may turn black at any time - so beware! i got a pressure crack in the black liquid screen after a few months but it can happen after a few days - just read all the unhappy users on android forums. This is not covered by the warranty I am told. However even normal use in a pocket or handbag can cause a pressure crack that they will say is due to outside force and so is not covered. But since this happens so frequently it appears that even if caused by some outside pressure, this is part of the normal wear and tear expected of any mobile device. Hence the materials and design should be able to withstand this normal use but they don't. Samsung should recognise this as a design flaw not a user flaw. This is an expensive device not a throw-away phone, the materials should be appropriate to last a minimum of a year.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best phone I have ever owned. I switched over from the iPhone 5. The first thing I noticed was the depth of its customization. If there is anything that you want to do with your phone from changing various settings (that iPhone doesn't even let you control), to automatically switching to silent mode when you enter your work's building, you can do it! There are definitely less games in the Play Store than the App store but the apps in the Play Store can generally do so much more. The phone does have an overheating problem (that will be fixed with a software update in the future, because Samsung usually does a good job with these things). The phone is HUGE and it takes a while to get used to using it if you are a one-handed phone browser like me. The big screen has its benefits too. The screen's resolution is 1920x1080, or 1080p in TV-terms. The videos on this monster are colorful and detailed. The camera features are great as well. The quad-core processor in this phone is amazing. I have yet to experience any problems with this phone in the 2 weeks that I have owned it. If you want a top-of-the-line smart phone, and want a phone with the best features, high speed, and a big screen, this is the phone for you.

Extremely weak screen, cracked on the second day of use and spider webbed within weeks. Good graphics. The new and innovative technology is touchy and not very practical at all. Phone runs smoothly most of the time and usually crashes are from apps instead of the phone itself.

Love the color selection, display. How light weight it is. Just wish you could delete apps that you will never use . It should always be an option on the phone we pay for.
Pros: quality
Cons: some apps don't open up, should be able to delete apps

Great Phone - Still Works Like a Champ

I'm glad we purchased this phone, and even more glad we held on to it. It still works great, battery life is good, and the last update means it still runs all the apps I would need.
We are planning to use this phone as a starter phone for our kids, since it has all the features they would need at this point
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, gets updates
