This phone is smarter than I am! I love it. It has all of the features I wanted plus more. Highly recommend.

I Love mine but the same other phone I got for my Mom is not right. It really just started have problems of the device after I had Verizon give it a new phone number which was not used yet or in a long time.
I have not been able to keep a charge in it. I put my fully charged battery in her phone and it will not open a app because it reports the heat is too much. I tried to reset it as fast as I could but it would not work. I haven't had a chance to get help yet as it just started last week.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, simple to find basics., not too big, not too small

I have been incredibly satisfied with my S4! My usual luck when shopping for phones is that the new model ALWAYS comes out shortly after I purchase the "latest" model. One month after purchasing my S4, the Note 3 came out. Contrary to my typical expectations; the S4 kept up with the Note 3, Mega, and S5 in terms of my wants needs. Usually the newer model makes the old(er) model seem useless, not with the S4. I have been very satisfied. I do however, plan on getting the new Note 4 when they become available. My daily routine uses the PDA functions of these devices, so I feel the Note 4 would be an excellent upgrade. Overall, I have been incredible satisfied with my Samsung Galaxy S4!!!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, well updated

This product has awesome innovative features which amaze the user with every touch. I personally enjoyed using my camera just by saying the words "shoot,smile,record", switching music just by swiping my hand over the phone, and being able to open two applications at the same time.

The first thing I did was to put it in a protective case. That has saved my S4 from certain damage more times than I can count. The screen size is just the right size. I'm able to see text and other information easily. I like the zoom feature for items that are small. The built in dictionary really helps when typing in words you're not sure of. The camera takes excellent pictures too. There are thousands of apps out there for this phone too.

Cons: Not high def, too sensitive touch screen
