I Only buy Samsung products to the fact that they're so easy to pair together and all of my products from my 4 terabyte externalhard drive to my Led smart TV to my 10.5 4g LTE tablet Or my camera that i love with free Dropbox storage.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, external memory and linking all my devices effortl, large product lines to choose from, ability to use so many apps on my tablet, long battery life
Cons: cost is high but you always get what you pay for

poor performance in a couple of areas

I dont care for the password timeout , it's too short.
i dont care for the phone call screen (keypad screen shows first), i use my contacts not the keypad, the keypad should be a secondary option.
i dont care for the pop up on charging my phone, i use the cable and outlet adaptor that came with the phone but eveytime i charge my phone i get the popup and the phone charges very slow.

It's a good, dependable phone

It's an excellent phone. Good sound quality. Also like to use it for listening to music during exercise, moreso than my iPod. Wish the battery life were better.

I have been having troubles

It's slow. Turns off by itself. Restarts randomly. Won't make calls. Won't send txtxs. Internet is slow as well.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
