Is the best phone that I have ever owned. I like how being so light weight it has so much more processing power then mo previous heavy heavy phone did. I also like that the display is a lot better than my old phone.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight

This is a wonderful product, I have had little to no problem with the phone and I have loved being able to put whatever app I want no matter how intensive it is graphically. I really enjoy the speed and clean interface.

This phone works great it's flawless never crashes or runs slow it's got awesome features and it's all around Fun I have told all my friends to get one I love the camera the pics are amazing I'm truly glad that I purchased this phone the multi window is great

i was not wanting to upgrade to a smartphone but im glad i done some research and I'm very glad I got a Samsung Galaxy S® 4 (Verizon), Black Mist 16GB. I'm still learning all the great features! I can't believe what this phone will do. I use it more than my laptop. being a Google fan it fits ALL my needs. this will be the brand I stay with, no granny smith's for me. lol I love this phone so much I got my wife one too! my children try to get it from me I told them to get there own. thanks Samsung for a wonderful product !

Cons: built in speaker could be somewhat better.

Great Hardware Terrible Software

I will try to be short and say that most people will tell you the hardware is impressive which is definitely true and not worth getting into details about. What is worth mentioning is that the software is making the main function of this phone terrible. A phone primarily should be good at making phone calls, so the fact that this phone makes this task difficult is a huge negative. To be specific, my issue is when I go to dial a call using the phone app icon or the contact app icon. Initially the phone is setup to use the phone app icon, once this app is open, there are four options for placing calls: keypad, recent, favorites, contacts. This phone will always default to open the keypad option which is only showing a keypad with a large blank area above the keypad. This area could be filled with recent calls, but it is empty. For this reason, I now typically make calls from the contacts app icon because it will default opening the last option which I always like using favorites. The fact that I can use google now to make calls helps make this problem not so big, but Samsung should definitely fix this soon. People who complain about battery life lack the ability to implement suggestions made by the manufacturer and multiple different sources. Basically I never have an issue with battery life unless I enter a factory or building with poor reception and I forget to put the phone in airplane mode. The lack of being able to listen to FM radio from this phone is also a negative.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: low volume from built-in speakers, no fm radio
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
