The phone is a Boss device. Point blank period. Glad I continue to receive great products from Samsung.

Love it, but.....

My old phone had two separate ring tones - one for receipt of a call and the other for receipt of a text. Both were downloads I purchased. I could not transfer them from my old phone to new and had to repurchase. Then I found out you can only use the "canned" choices of ring tones for receipt of text. This makes no sense. The "canned" choices do not play long enough to be readily noticed. I have the volume set to the highest setting, but can't feel the vibration if the phone is in my pocket and often cannot hear the text alert.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keeps me Organized

With 5 people in my house (Spouse, self, 3 adult children) I have to keep track of every ones busy schedule as well as keep track of emails and everything else. I keep my music on here for workouts and studying. I used this phone recently to help my sick grandmother have a nice time by streaming Pandora Frank Sinatra. She loved it. I am also going back to school and the web ability of this phone is a Great help.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight

I just upgraded from a Pantech Breakout. WOW! What a huge difference. I was so limited with the other phone. This phone is great. All the features that have been upgraded and/or totally new to me are worth the money for upgrading. Still learning about all that can be done with this device.

Amazing equipment for a 1st time smartphone user

My kids were always bugging me to upgrade from my flip phone, but I didn't see the need to spend money on technology I would never use.
I bought the S4 days before my vacation and must say that it was easy to learn, great to stay connected to family and friends while I was away, and the GPS and Google Maps were invaluable! I should have done this sooner.
I do find this a little large to carry in pants pockets and my only serious "con" is that the speaker is on the back of the phone, which just doesn't make sense when you are using the front!
