Best phone ever!

I got the S4 last May and it just gets better! I love the Samsung products and tell everyone they should check them out! The S4 takes awesome pictures, and I take a LOT of pictures of my grandchildren. The only thing I would like to see improve is the ability to share the animated and photos with sound. Other than that I love my Galaxy S4. The next Samsung product I want to get is a Samsung laptop.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Newest Tech out and doesn't connect to WIFI Router

Great phone. Great speed, but worthless because it has a known issue connecting to generic wifi routers. And, NO mention of support or acknowledgement of the issue anywhere on website. Nice. Spent $$ on phone, but now if I want to actually use the features, I now have to spend $$ on new router???? seriously???? completely ridiculous,.

Connectivity Issues

For the past couple of weeks I have been having connectivity issues. The phone won't even connect to LTE when it does it gets stuck on 3G or there is not a signal at all. I've googled this issue and have seen other complaints as well. This issue has nothing to do with the router because I don't have signal period. I am disappointed because I was so in love with my Samsung S4 and now I'm not. I couldn't make any calls at all yesterday. If I do find out that this is a Verizon issue and not Samsung I will change my rating. Even though I have had Verizon do some troubleshooting with the phone. Nothing seems to work.

I can't wait to give the Samsung Galaxy S 4G Verizon "savvy" phone to my daughter as a graduation gift. Her older brother and sister will be envious!

I love this phone, it's fast, has no lag, and is full of features. I used to be a big apple fan but this phone converted me to Samsung.

This phone truly rocks! I've owned that other brand and well this makes up for all the bad experiences I've had with the other guy! Very innovative, keep up the great work, working on switching over our computers now, and TV is on the way!

My first Samsung Smartphone

Had this phone since Tuesday 6/18 and am liking it so far. It does come with a lot of pre-installed apps (bloatware?) I will probably never use and am unable to uninstall; however, you are able to hide apps you don't want to see all the time. Battery life isn't the greatest. Comes with a ton of ringtones and are easily able to set your own music as ringtones. Wish they would have put a cover over the charging port to keep dirt out. I bought the light blue Samsung flip cover which is one piece that totally replaces the original flimsy back cover which is very nice. Still discovering, and expect to keep discovering, new and cool features of this phone since there is so much to discover. Would give 4 1/2 stars for performance if I could

Best cell phone I have owned

I have owned several Droid phones, and by fer this is the best phone I have ever owned. Great screen, thinking of getting Note 3 when it is released. I have and will continue recommend this phone to friends and family without hesitation.
