Service was excellent until I was convinced to change to S7 and service changed. Phone shut down and reset
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has a simplistic yet sophisticated & super user friendly UI. It has lots of storage internally, so perfect if your the kind of person who needs or wants several apps for whatever your reasons are. It's easy to use & is a really good quality product.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: not as durable as i'd hoped for

Having been faithful to another brand of smart phones I thought I would get a Samsung and see what everybody was raving about. Now I know. This S4 is incredible. So many pleasant surprises to numerous to list here.
Probably the biggest surprise was just how good the camera is. Is an order of magnitude better than my last 4 other brands of smart phones.

Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, feels good in my hand
Cons: maybe just a tad longer battery life., a little brighter in sunlight

Had to go back to my Galaxy Note 2 for battery life

Amazing equipment for a 1st time smartphone user

My kids were always bugging me to upgrade from my flip phone, but I didn't see the need to spend money on technology I would never use.
I bought the S4 days before my vacation and must say that it was easy to learn, great to stay connected to family and friends while I was away, and the GPS and Google Maps were invaluable! I should have done this sooner.
I do find this a little large to carry in pants pockets and my only serious "con" is that the speaker is on the back of the phone, which just doesn't make sense when you are using the front!
