Great Phone

I've only had this phone for about 4 months now and I would recommend this phone to anyone who is in need of a great smartphone. The performance is great(better than apple products), The screen is a decent size, great picture/video/sound quality. It's also durable. I've drop this phone so many time(without case) and it hasn't cracked yet. I give 5/5 for the phone

My phone worked perfectly, until a few days ago when my phone got an upgrade. Now it does not work at all! It won't answer calls or let me call out. I can't get the auto correct off & the phone is 4 xs slower than it previously was. I want my old phone back & the upgrades gone! I also don't like my battery color being white. It was easier to see yellow. These upgrades make me want to get rid of samsung!!!!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Smartphone Worth the Price

This handset may be going on two years old, but is still worth purchasing! The specifications are remarkable and the overall durability is outstanding. As a bonus, the device will be updated to Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, so the software will never lose its luster. Unfortunately, there is a good deal of bloatware. Who needs the Samsung Hub app? However, this should be uninstallable with Android Lollipop.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, fast and powerful, supported with updates (lollipop)
Cons: bloatware, s5 features missing

I would recommend this device to the everyday user and developers. This device has great speed and functionality the touchwiz rom is smooth a long with the multi window features and hands free operation great for the on the road business person or telecommuters.

It was worth every dollar to invest in the phone to upgrade from an iPhone 4. The customer service was very intelligent and knowledgeable about the product to know that I would be happy with the quality of Samsung services. Can't wait to see what is next to come.
