phone is pretty good. have had some trouble connecting Blue Tooth devices. even ones made by samsung. Screen cracked. but still works. Most software is 'cool' but not useful. I like the size and screen size. good for a pocked if you have no case, but good with an otterbox if you need more durability

Cons: software.. and durability

I love just about everything about this phone. The only negative is the battery doesn't last as long as I would like. My wife has the same phone and doesn't have the battery issue. My daughter has the S5 and the battery lasts forever!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

The phone is very light weight and compact, but you don't have to squint to see content on the screen. The screen size allows the user to fully experience every detail of what is being viewed. I personally have had an issue with the screen getting cracked in the corner so I feel more work could be done to strengthen the case that surrounds the screen as other competitors phone seem to be able to withstand more and not crack. I love memo and all the other Samsung specific apps that come with the phone. The camera is nice but the video capability is lacking in length of video that can be recorded and saved. Overall I am happy with the phone, and plan on staying with Samsung in the future when I upgrade to the Galaxy S5.

Cons: case/screen not durable

The S4 is a great phone. The camera, screen size, brightness and features all combine to make this phone an awesome one to own.

Cons: bloatware that can't be removed.

Great phone but needs louder speaker on phone for when in noise place.

This phone has been great. I switched over from the iPhone and didn't have any problems learning how to navigate through the settings and the features. The camera on the phone is great! I did recently have to purchase a wireless charger as the phone stopped recognizing when the micro USB was plugged in and have heard the same thing from another with this phone. However, it was an easy fix and hasn't hurt the performance of the phone.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
