Great phone thought it was a little big at first but got use to it now I can master it in one hand

Very poor battery life, does not always work. 3 phones in 1 year.

What a poor excuse for a phone. Oh and I have a tablet as well. I will replace both when the contract is up. NO it won't be another Samsung product, nor an Android.
My wife got her phone and tablet the same time I got the 4S and the T320k tablet, hers just works. My phone has been replaced twice, it still worked for texting and taking pictures, and email, just could not actually talk or hear anyone on the phone calls. Yes, it is supposed to be a phone.

Battery life... Generally the battery can make it almost all day, compared to my wife's phone that goes two or three days between charging, and oh by the way, she actually uses it, as opposed to me, who generally does not. So, it is really a pain when after not using it all day, it has a dead battery.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, does not work most of the time, eats the battery, regularly overheats, has to be reset often, generally speaking the worst excuse for a phone, garbage
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have found that while this phone looks more confusing than others, it is actually much simpler and easier to use. I love the notification panel, multi-window tools, and the surprisingly clear display.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: battery life is a bit lacking

r1I have had this phone for a few years now and I have no desire to switch to another brand I like all its features and it's easy to use it's always having all new updates that are easily installed. I'm not the most technically savvy person and I really don't want to be, but I absolutely love the camera on this phone and that's what I really use it for. It's very important to me because I have a6 year old son who documented his entire life now on this phone pretty much. The only problem I've ever had was that the phone burnt out itself by no damage on my part, luckily everything was auto backed up so I was able to save all of my pictures. . So overall very happy with the phone I don't even want to get a new one

Finally trading up to the Note 4 this week and i wanted to comment on my fabulous experience with my S4 from the form factor to the versatility and ease of use with other devices and operating systems. Battery is phenomenal , still getting a full day on 1 charge with all pistons firing. i only hope the note lives up to this. Love Love Love this phone
