Love this phone

I really enjoy using the Galaxy S4. Even though it was my first smartphone, it was easy to use and simple to understand. Only one thing that I am sad about is that I dropped it and the screen broke a little bit. But it still works well and I'm happy with the product.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

I highly recommend buying this phone. It does everything. Love the story book it makes when you take out of town pictures. Love the many apps you can download and if you are not using the apps, you can delete them. Gps is accurate and it gives you alternate direction. Love the size of my Samsung 4 when compared to the Samsung 3. All the features are great.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, most app are free
Cons: download apps you don't want and can't delete

I switched from the iPhone back, as this product provided a greater range of what I consider to be useful apps. Being of the older generation I do not play games on my phone and the use is mainly for day to day use, banking, credit card status, telephone, and texting. My only concern with the product has been battery life with normal use. When you have all the features turned on, GPS, etc., the battery life drops significantly barely making it 12 hours before needing to be recharged. However, the ease of use and the availabilities of apps makes the short battery life a tolerable Hazzard. Overall this appears to be a useful tool for the average old timer, that still believes a phone should be able to make a call or text. As to viewing face in bright light there does seem to be a problem the auto feature does not appear to adjust that well.

Cons: poor quality screen in bright sun light.

Great phone

I'm really happy with the S4 and glad i upgraded to it. i like all the features especially the large, bright screen. it does everything i need including all the games i play and social media.
