Great device. By far the best I ever owned right up to the day I purchased a Galaxy S6 Edge.

This is the best phone I've ever had! The features are great and the display is good quality. My favorite feature is that I can be looking at two screens at once, as if I'm using a computer. I am very well pleased with this phone.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

Love it! !! I previously upgraded from a S3 to a S4 I know I'm still behind lol but I love it I want the S5 soon as possible.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

Needs a back up battery!

I've had this Samsung Galaxy S4 for less than a year. Luckily I purchased the insurance and extended warranty. First, the battery life is much shorter than advertised. I use my phone constantly for email and text. If I open applications or write an email. I loose 2 or 3 bars of charge almost immediately. After charging the phone all night, it reads 100%, but as soon as I unplug the phone, before I even use any of the applications, I loose 2%. I watch the charge deplete, before I even use it. The charging port malfunctioned and I had to replace the entire phone. Basically, the phone battery life is terrible and I would recommend buying a back up battery pack, or even a back up phone, if you get the S4. When the charging port broke and I couldn't even charge the phone, I had to borrow a family members phone for 2 days and leave a forwarding message via VM, because I didn't have a back up phone. I wouldn't recommend this phone for someone who uses it's applications constantly. Unless you have a back up plan for having to either wait for a charge, a new battery or a new phone. Not recommended for the person who needs to constantly use their phone! I own several Samsung products and have no complaints with my tablet, blue ray or TV's; I simply wouldn't recommend the Galaxy S4.

I have owned every galaxy phone except for the S7. Samsung has only improved it's phone with each new release. I currently own the S6 Edge and I am anxious to see what the 7 has to offer! I still use my S4 for streaming music and email. Thanks Samsung!
