Great phone. I've had it for 2-1/2 years now, never having any trouble.

I've been asked by Samsung to review my "new" Galaxy S4. It is not new, but after 2-1/2 years, it has gotten so corrupted with junk from applications, as well as the many apps that Samsung loads on it, and you can't get rid of, even if you never have any use for them. I reset my phone to the factory settings to get rid of the junk, and because my battery would not last more than 4 or 5 hours. Once I reset it, my battery now lasts all day, and I only need to recharge it overnight. So, it's not a new phone, but it is great!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, easy to operate and to learn
Cons: protective case is a must, cost of this and any decent phone is way too much
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love samsung there amazing my wife has a a Samsung phone too and she loves it my tv is even Samsung and if i have any problems i look on Samsung or call and they always fix whats wrong

Great Phone Lasted A Long Time

I had this phone for 2.5 years as my personal everyday phone. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better device given the time period that I owned it. The phone remained fast and functional up until the point that I upgraded to the Galaxy S7.
I loved the features that this phone had and wish that my new phone still had a removable battery. It was nice to be able to replace my battery about halfway through my use of the phone to give me a renewed battery life. Please bring back removable battery's for the next galaxy flagship.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, removable battery, micro sd card support
Cons: battery life low but battery easily removable

I love this phone it has been a dream to get. I was never able to afford one but despartly wanted it I saved literally every dollar I could to get it. I'm pleased with everything with it I don't have one complaint not one. Thank u Samsung for such an awesome brand of phones love galaxy !! I also have owned a galaxy 3 and loved it to no complaints to that either being a single mom I can only afford so many things for my self this is one of maybe 3 things I did for myself : )
