THE WORST PRINTER EVER!

The quality of the print job was excellent, however it took more than an hour to print 24 flyers, the instructions were outdated to use with a MAC

Good upgrade from old inkjet

Definitely a big improvement. The only problem I have encountered is the heavy electrical draw each time I send something to print.....lights in and around the unit flicker several times. Have tried different outlets but all must draw off one circuit. Otherwise, printer is easy to use/relatively quick/fine for small business.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Constantly telling me I need to replace ink although the unit is brand new? I have followed all the directions for trouble shooting multiple times but to no avail. Otherwise, it works reasonably well for my basic office needs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Seems to work pretty good, guess I wasn't sharp enough to figure out the 2 sided printing

I was looking for a side-tray to load envelopes. This does it but only 1 at a time. Also double-sided printing is cumbersome.

Easy to set up and does the job. Toner is less expensive than the other printers I have had. We are very happy with this printer.
