Good entry level color printer

Fast response time for a wireless printer. Very easy to install on a secure wireless network. Color matching is relatively close to what's on the screen, but the print quality is not very consistent. It’s definitely not a photo printer and I’d put it on par with a midrange inkjet printer. I did expected a laser printer it to be a little better than an inkjet, but, the print won't run or bleed if the paper gets wet or damp and that's what I really needed so I'm not disappointed with it and I'm not overly excited about it either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the output on this. Pictures look really good. Footprint is a bit larger than my last Brother, but fits on my desk extension with no problems. Only thing that's marginally wrong is print speed isn't the greatest and duplexing is manual. But they don't really deter from the printer itself.

Solid printer good price

Going to talk more about Brother Customer Service than this printer. Bought because heat roller on mine failed and had a bunch of toner. Long story short when I contacted Brother about finding a part they sent a technician to my home and replaced the rollers. My printer was about two years old with a one year warrantee. That customer service alone makes Brother my printer choice

The color printing is really nearly photographic quality. I use it to print art flyers for art fairs and it does a beautiful job on regular shiny paper. I did find the set up instruction to be very complicated and confusing, so took a while to get it going. Certainly recommend it.

we put, over, 4500 prints, on our last printer, which was a brother, and I expect this machine, to equal, or more likely, exceed, that amount, without, very much maintenance. Brother, has always, exceeded, our expectations, without a doubt. Thank You, for a great machine. I prefer, the single machine, A LASER PRINTER, without any add on's.

Excellent print quality, compact size, reliable and economical. Just about everything you want in a personal home printer. I wore out one...this is my second.

I like this printer because Affordable, compact printer, fast print in color or black up to 19ppm and also high-impact printing up to 600 x 2400dpi.
