I Could Not Find A Better Color Laser Printer

After careful research this printer was the best value and after using it for 6 months it has performed flawlessly. The support for it has been marvelous. Buy It!

For less than the cost of buying a new drum for my old laserjet printer, I bought this unit.
It was easy to setup, and so far it's working great.

Two Brother printers

My first Brother printer was a 2270DW. It works flawlessly. It worked so good I decided to get the 3170CDW. These printers are very well made. I am so glad to be rid of ink printers. It's nice to print something and not worry about how it's going to come out this time. I just filled mine with toner and I will be good for a long time Toner lasts forever for me. Bye Bye ink.

Excellent Printer

The HL-3170CDW is an excellent printer, performance wise. If it has any negatives it is the cost of the toner cartridges. They are a little pricy, but they do make excellent printed documents.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good printer

Very happy with the performance of the Brothers 3170CDW. Only concern is the price of Brothers toner cartridges and the end cost of price per page. Don't like to buy after market toner but it's available at 25% of the cost of Brothers Cartridges. I guess that's where Brothers they make their money.

This printer is as good, if not better than my previous purchases of HP and Minolta. If this is a sample of their workmanship, I will be back for more.

Customer service is by far the worst!

One week after purchasing the machine, I started having trouble and couldn't get it to function properly. I called customer service with no luck. I emailed them, they told me they would respond in 7 days. A week later, I get an email stating my issue had been fixed. I called, no answer. I emailed, guess what? New issue would take 7 days. I tried returning it and had a hard time, too. Finally, got it returned. Never again. Product was good when it did work, but customer service was the worst!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
