This printer does what I need it to do without jams or constantly needing a cartridge replacement. Thank you, Brother, for coming through as the "workhorse" that gets the job done.

SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE!

I purchased this printer for a small business (September 2015). For several months now I've had problems with toner fusing to printed documents.
Have contacted brother "support" twice regarding this issue & still has not been resolved.
Purchased numerous brother products and loved all of them, but thanks to poor customer service, I will never again purchase one of your companies products.

My company has 15 of these. Everyone of the paper drawer handles broke after normal use. Often get error message to slide green drum tabs that we can't correct.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features, Great Price

This is a color laser printer, with automatic duplex, and connects with USB, Ethernet, or Wireless, and can also print from mobile units (like my iPod Touch). Set up was simple. It does everything it says it can do, and at an affordable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst Printer Ever

This is a very poorly designed printer. It is almost impossible to feed paper and envelopes through the manual feed without having them skew. The tiny guides do not help. There is nothing in the literature accompanying the printer advising the buyer the paper fed through the manual feed had to be grabbed by the printer which sometimes takes several tries (I was on the telephone with Brother for over 30 minutes before a supervisor told me this after the first person was unable to help) You must also change two flimsy tabs in the rear of the printer each time you want to print an envelope then change it back for paper. If you fail to move the tabs for the envelope it comes out creased, if you fail to change the tabs back for paper the toner does not fuse and it smears off. Brother's "support" stated flatly, "we only guarantee the machine will work as designed, not that you will like the way it works." Consequently, I am stuck with a machine that is a pain to operate because that is the way it was designed to work. Had the literature warned of the shortcomings of the printer I would have purchased something else. I have never had to make so many changes to a Canon or HP printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
