disappointed thus far.

So far we are disappointed in the over all speed of this printer and the yield that black has which is not the best. The print quality is good but it has limited capabilities to run preprinted forms duplex.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

FAST PRINTING Great Quality Prints

Have been using it for a couple of months after installing the recent firmware, has been working flawlessly. Just did the family newsletter with text and photos and it resulting copy was great, when the Combo setting was selected in the Print Job. No streaks, perfect copies. Consumes very little electricity when in Sleep mode. I l ove the duplex (on both sides) printing, saves papers and a must IMO. Wouldn't have bought a color printer without it. Haven't done anything professional with it, I just wanted to get away from the messy ink refills. Love the printer.

Fits our needs perfectly!

Prints fast in color or bkack and white. Quality of orint is excellent. Easy to set up for wireless use so its easy to share. Maintenance support was outstanding when we had a bug roller go bad. They even came onsite and repaired it at no cost.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple to install, simple to use. Perfect color copies but easy to switch to B/W and stay there!! Best feature you don't need to keep resetting.

Economical, and easy to setup and use.

I have always bought Brother printers because they are economical, easy to setup and are very reliable. My only complaint is that the toner is a little expensive. But I will always buy Brother products.
