Overall, I like the printer. I had trouble getting it out of deep sleep mode. As long as I print something everyday, it works. This printer does a nice job and the colors are good. I found someone else with the same printer and that helped with the deep sleep problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We don't print very often and this Brother printer has been very robust. The toner quality is very good and the wireless connection is stable. Paper feed is consistent. Excellent product.

We printed over 3000 labels. The labels were high quality and expected the print to be as much, but is poor from our standpoint. We cannot send these to our customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome prints, fast, and reliable

Yes this is a printer worth paying a little more for. It prints awesome photos and is very professional and reliable. I have enjoyed using it to print everythign from online forms to photos. The fact that the ink cartriges are larger gives you peace of mond that you wont run out as fast. It also saves money in the long run. No wait time for prints when your in a hurry. Love my wireles printer set up. Thank you so much for answering promptly when I had a question.

The printer exceeded my expectations. The finished quality of the printed documents is very good. The only hiccup I have experienced is loading heavier stock paper in the document feeder. It sometimes will take several attempts before the paper is accepted.

It's all about the company

Our Brother is a real work horse. It is used constantly in our office for double sided and color printing and the quality is incredible....but, it's all about the suppor with Brother - we had something go wrong on the printer and we had the replacement part installed by the company on their dime - they really stand behind their product and that's what makes Brother a Winner for me!
