Brother takes care of you

My Brother printer has excellent reliability and print quality. It recently had a component failure that required a technician to repair it. Brother sent out a technician who repaired it (under warranty) and it works as new now. I am very satisfied with the printer and the company.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's works

It does a nice job but I have to turn it on every day so my smart phone and my tablet and everything else can find it even though it's connected to the Wi-Fi

Had difficulty

I purchased this product because I was working on a special project involving multiple photo scrapbooks. I could NOT get the machine to stop going to sleep, And double sided printing would not work right either. Had to take the job to Office Depot for printing as I was under a deadline. I was very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Enjoy it but WiFi setup not clear

The printer is compact, clean design. Two-sided printing not possible on card stock because 1st pass curls the sheet so much it will not feed for 2nd side pass. So far, attempts to connect Direct WiFi to smart phone with Brother App installed will not connect.

Brother seems to never fail

This is my 4th Brother Printer. Every printer I purchased was an up grade not because of a breakdown or failure. This color printer seems to be doing a great job. I have only had it a couple months. It was a breeze to connect as was all the previous ones.
This printer has wonderful color and is very fast. The cost was very well priced. I would certainly recommend it to others as well.

It makes nice copies. I enjoy the fact it copies duplex. I am disappointed I didn't purchase one with copy and scan features.

This printer is fast, connects to my Wi-Fi very easily and produces very, very good prints. Very quiet and wakes up very quickly.
