Very good unit

The only down side I can see after using this for years is that the low toner message comes up a little too soon. My unit has had the message on for a month, though I'm not a heavy user, and it still prints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am so upset! I just bought this printer and my second sheet it jammed, 50 papers later and 2 self-diagnostics nothing has change. I can't even explain how disappointed I am!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great printer, not so great software

The printer in and of itself is awesome, I love it! The app so you can print from the phone works on some files and not on others of the same format. It will print one .pdf the next .pdf it will say is an unsupported format...
It's a pdf which opens in Adobe acrobat...
A verified file format. Fix this and I'll change my review.
It only began doing this after latest app update.

a little slow

This printer does what I need it to do, but is slow, a little too loud, the paper tray doesn't hold much, and the need to open the back for envelope printing is super inconvenient.

Very easy to set up, including printing from iOS devices. Really good color, great text and fast printing in either black and white and color
