I am satisfied overall. The initial wifi setup is a bit "squirly" and I have needed to reset the printer on line a couple times, but this is no big deal. It is built like a tank and weighs as much. I am satisfied with the print quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

paper jammed. computer keeps saying its jammed after removal. Service fee more than the cost of a new one.

Prints clearly have had no problem working wonderfully clear prints you’d expect fro having items professionally done. Have not had to change cartridges yet
