difficult to operate

original purchase and communication with customer support was a disaster. wifi would never connect, forced to use usb. successful use of manual feeder to print envelopes appears to depend on timing and luck. at times, printed paper has crinkled waves

I bought this printer because I wanted one that had AirPrint. It's an excellent printer with sharp detail and great color. It also prints photos nicely.

Worked well

This model so far has been a little bit of a disappointment. Only had it a little over a year and already have replaced some major parts. Did not feel like service department was willing to work with me on getting it repaired because warranty already expired.

Great Price and Quality

The quality and speed is great for the price. It would be 5 stars, but the one problem is that it needs to by cycled on and off to use as it goes to deep sleep mode and does not wake up when not used for a period of time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ink Management System is Too Arbitrary

The printer works as advertised but the ink management system (software) is too arbitrary and the toner cartridges are too expensive. I would only recommend this to a friend who could work around the replacement toner cartridge cost problems, etc.
