Easy installation for the tech-challenged

This printer installed immediately and the wifi connection was instantaneous. Print quality and speed are impeccable so far. Would be 5 stars but this is a new replacement. Think we just got a lemon the first time.

Set up is a snap!

By that, I mean, the only problem I encountered was installing the ink cartridges...they must make that "snap" noise when pushing them into place.
I had to retry that a couple of times, before they would install. Otherthan that, set up is cake!

Frustrating Paper Load

I have found it very difficult to get this printer to recognize that paper is loaded. I have to load the paper, unload it and reload it a number of times before it will recognize that it has paper. The printer quality is good but the frustration of getting it to work is not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is not easy to install. Ive been trying for two days n it seems i always need to download something else to get it running. I still don't have it working properly! Ten when i go to download drivers needed it keeps saying this page cannot be displayed with nothing found wrong on my end.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After trying other like products, I have found the Epson to be the best of the line. Quiet running, simple to use and easy instructions absolutely makes it number one on the market!
