The Epsom XP-410 I now have replaces my original XP-410 which was damaged. I am happy I decided to buy a new unit. It has good print quality, produces clear and detailed color prints using standard 22 pound paper.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good work horse of a printer

Some reviewers comment on running out of ink fast, but I always purchase the XL cartridges which last considerably longer. The only issue is when run out of black is that can't use the RYB colors to simulate the black.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this printer because it fit are needs - wireless, AirPrint, all-in-one. None of that matters because the printer is such poor quality. It started having problems within a few months - wouldn't print in black, ink ran out quickly, and printed only part of the page. Before printing each time we have to clean the cartridge heads, which takes at least a few minutes. Just not worth the problems. Poor quality machine. I won't be purchasing anything from Epson again.

Problem Printer

After purchasing this printer I read some online reviews and learned this is one the most expensive printers to use because of the cost of the ink. This is not a great concern to me as I try to limit any printing as I am aware ink costs more than platinum!
The wireless printing doesn't work, that is it worked three times, then quit. However the wireless scanner works great!
The real problem is after printing 9 (nine) pages the paper will no longer feed!,,,so further evaluation is impossible.
When it did print, it was slow but that is to be expected from a printer. Also, when it did print I was pleased with the price and quality of the printer and the printed material.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson XP-410

This printer works well. It set up quite quickly and worked immediately. We have used many companies with less successful start ups. This printer makes copies, scans, etc. very well. We print work documents, pictures, scan legal documents, on line. Each document works well. Epsom thank you for creating this work horse of a printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Disappointed

purchased our XP-410 on the website only to have it stop functioning after just a week. We had stocked up on the 200 series ink as we have another 410. Epson was quick to replace but did so with a 420 which uses a different cartridge. Epson issued a Fedex pickup ticket and when we went to Fedex to drop the 420 printer off (the same day) we were told that same day issued return ticked had already expired. we are now on our second go round in returning the 420 hopefully for a functioning 410

Won't connect

Only lasted a month. Can not connect to WIFI no mater what I try. I had a Epson printer previous to this one and I loved it, I wore it out. Will be shopping for a new printer today,
