Great printer for small home use. I really only print pictures with it and it does great.

Epson XP 410 is not durable

This printer only lasted two years with very gentle use. It just stopped bringing even with Epson cartridges in after cleaning the printer heads.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this printer screams for ink.
this printer has yet to truely print.
I buy ink, it doesn't like that ink.
I do not want to buy color ink.
I am very fustrated.
I have yet to get the settings/management software. I have had this printer over six months.
Do not recommend this product to anyone.

Very dependable and easy to use. The best one I've had in years! And I've had a few different brands. The only gripe I have is the pricey ink! Otherwise it would have got all 5 stars.

I have had this small, powerful little machine for several years now and it has not let me down. It prints clearly and precise. My documents are readable and exactly how I made them up on my PC. Can't say enough about my XP-410, it has been the best investment I have ever made. I would recommend this product to everyone that needs a great print job with little affect.

Fighting the urge to smash this thing...

I have no problems with this printer when it works, but it likes to malfunction very often. The ghost "paper jam" always appears for absolutely no reason and when time is limited. The paper will not load during this "paper jam" and the piece that pulls the paper in just spins and spins.
In addition to the frequent paper jams the print heads stay out of alignment and require constant head cleaning to resolve streaks. Nothing like printing 9-10 pages of head alignment and head cleaning sheets and wasting 30 minutes. However, once this is done it's great for about five days, but then it's back to repeating the process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
