Epson XP-410

I have had Epson printers for many years. They are so reliable and easy to maintain. The print quality is fabulous.
When I got the XP-410, I was looking for a smaller printer. This one caught my eye and has made me a happy Epson customer.
As long as I need a printer, Epson will be my first and only choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer sucks.

I originally had the XP-400 which would not print properly after calibrating, cleaning, and downloading firmware updates. I went ahead and purchased the XP-410 only to have the same exact issues. This is a total waste of money. I have wasted lots of ink printing nothing useful. I would never buy anything with the name Epson on it ever again. I feel that anyone who gave this product more than 1 star (which it does not deserve) is getting paid to do so.

Our Epson XP-410 unit seems to use quite a bit of ink for printing. When I try to foward info etc. by e-mail it informs me that I must have my printers e-mail address, and I don't know what that is or how to obtain it. Any assistance you may provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank You - Bob R

cute little device with minor issues

Took the better part of an hour to set up the wireless connection as it is not at all well explained in the accompanying literature. Easy enough to go to Youtube and get a tutorial. Ink use,as I have experienced with all Epson printer I have owned

not worth the money

This the worst printer I have ever owned. It uses more ink than any print I have had before. Installing new cartridges is easy until this keeps telling you it "doesn't recognize the cartridge", even though it is an Epson cartridge, not a cheaper aftermarket replacement.
I am aware this is an entry level printer but it should still function properly.

Barely used printer, only to print kids school projects. partially prints, even with all the maintenance features. Just won't do the job. Also uses WAY more ink than what it is supposed to.
