I've had this a year and lately it prints are not good. The ink is full, it's cleaned but it leaves marks all over my prints.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this over a yer ago and I love it. Any problems I have had so far
(1 or 2) were mostly my own carelessness. :) I get annoyed with myself for that because it takes up time. It is my first lap top (Chromebook) and I had to get used to using it altogether... :)

This is a pain to use. The thing churns through ink and the jets clog and can't be cleared regardless of how many time I go through the clean the ink jet process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a nice printer. Features are nice but the worst thing is if only one color is out it will not print gray scale at all. I mean at all. text document won't print because cyan is out to bad.

I hate trying to use this printer! I won't even try to print pictures, it would only do a few anyway before all the ink is gone!!!The ink is always having to be replaced and I have spent enough on ink already and I should've bought a new printer! even if I use black and white for copying, if the yellow is out, it won't print! I try to scan a copy, in black and white only and it will colore the paper to gray ! Using up all the ink and I only needed a few lines printed. See pic

My Epson XP-410 has been running great for abt 7 yrs. Any problems are usually my fault, messing up software I plan on upgrading to a more advanced Epson model soon, and still keeping the XP online.
I would recommend this to a friend!
