Bought this a year ago. Out of the box the heads needed several alignments to get it to print straight and a cleaning. This used up the ink that came with it. Replaced all 4 cartridges recently to only have the black not print at all. After repeated head cleanings it's still not printing and the other color cartridges are now bone dry. I would never buy this product and would HIGHLY discourage anyone from purchasing this piece of junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not very tech savvy and it was very easy to install . So far I have owned it at least 2 -3 years and have never had a problem , even though I know I'm over using it at time's :)

The software is good. The wireless connection works good. The scanner works good. The ink is terrible for print and photos. For one thing the cartridges are way to small. White printing it ran out of black, tried to put new one in and it did not work right away, so I had big gap. When printing photo got same problem and did not have another red. Ink dries way to fast, have spent too much on cartridges and I don't use the printer that often.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

have had it for 4 years now. I've learned to ignore the buy more ink and low ink pop ups-only buy and install ink when the printer actually stops printing. It's been an awesome printer and i hope they dont stop making the ink!!! i just saw it was discontinued.

Good for printing, not copying.

We had this printer for awhile. It printed documents that I typed or documents from the computer but we could not get it to make copies. The front button features were confusing. I think some people would have better luck.
